The Climate Expedition is a multimedia project in countries most threatened by rising sea levels. Through reports, filming, interviews and a lot of field research, the project will seek to portray how populations in these countries are fighting to have their voices against climate change heard by the rest of the world, at the same time that they themselves need to create initiatives and mitigation solutions to deal with a problem that will inevitably reach and have consequences for all countries in the world.

THE MOST VULNERABLE COUNTRIES WILL ONLY BE THE FIRST
“Low-lying communities and entire countries could disappear forever.
We would witness a mass exodus of entire populations on a biblical scale.
And we would see ever-fiercer competition for fresh water, land and other resources.”
António Guterres, UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL
